Course Description
This course examines XML and its uses within the Enterprise. It has a decidedly Java-based perspective and therefore requires some Java programming knowledge. After completing this course, students will feel confident they can:

  • Efficiently model data into an XML format
  • Build and manipulate XML documents programmatically
  • Perform XSL transformations
  • Implement XML into a distributed architecture
  • Integrate XML into existing database applications
  • Use XML with Servlets, JSPs, JavaBeans and EJBs
